Perogies
our gourmet perogies are individually hand made by a family operation in Kleefeld, Manitoba. No perogy press is used. perogies are prepared pan fried, deep fried or boiled. served with choice of sour cream or home made cream gravy.
Perogy Fillings
cottage cheese: filling of lightly salted cottage cheese mixed with whole eggs. potato & cheddar: filling of mashed potatoes, onion and Bothwell medium cheddar. mediterranean: filling of ricotta, feta, cottage cheese, sundried tomato, red peppers and spinach. mexican: filling of a blend of Bothwell cheeses and re-fried beans with chipotle peppers. pizza: filling of pepperoni, a blend of Bothwell cheeses, tomato and spices.

House Soup
for over a decade it has been cream of tomato every monday and cream of mushroom every wednesday. we'll keep the tradition going. we change it up on the other days of the week. some of the soups we make are: somma borscht (potato dill), chicken rice, split pea with farmer sausage & bacon, seafood chowder, beef barley, country vegetable, chicken/beef/turkey noodle, potato chowder, sweet & sour chicken rice, french onion, cream of broccoli etc.
